we are collecting personal information such as user name , email, phonenumber, photo(app functionality mentioned in the privacy policy below, user can deny uploads of picture if want). These all information are used on the acceptance of the registerd user. And all of this is maintained in encrypted format. If the user leaves the app the data is deleted permanantly from the datatbase. the data is used by the respective schools who are using the application and if the user wants can request for the deletion of the data also. We are concerned about users privacy and won't take it lightly.
